The bridge
Sit up
Back breaker (chest raise)
Do one set of ball exercises and then stretch. Then do another set, then move to Step ups. After you finish them, stretch, then move on to your last ball exercise. Stretch again and move to your cool down.
Leg roll
Do the move after every ball exercise. 10 times.
