Ingredients |
To make pasta Carbonara you need
- Eggs
- Cheese
- Spaghetti
- Bacon or ham
- Seasoning (salt and pepper)
- Olive oil
- Garlic

Spaghetti enough for two |
Fist of all I measured enough pasta for two people and put it on to boil.

I cut up the bacon and crushed the garlic and fried them together.
Then we made the sauce.
We separated the eggs. It doesn't matter if you get some egg white in the mix though.

Egg yokes (whites can also be used
if you want) |
We mixed the egg yokes with the cheese and a pinch of pepper and mixed into a sauce.

When pasta was ready (when it sticks to wall) we turned off the hob and added it to the bacon.

I then added the sauce and mixed it in.

If the Carbonara is too thick you can thin it with a little of the water from the pasta.
