We biked from Haltwhistle to Alston and back. We started at Haltwhistle train station.
We had to carry our bikes at times which was hard going.
We got hungry but didn't stop until we got to the picnic benches a mile from Alston.
When we got to Alston we took a quick photo and then turned around and biked back to Haltwhistle.
